How Door2Dump communicates with you via text message

SMS messages are sent by Door2Dump, operated by Sentrum Ten LLC, a registered business in California (EIN: 33-2937838).
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Door2Dump by providing your phone number during the checkout process at mydoor2dump.com. The checkout form includes a required Phone Number field and displays the following notice:
"By signing up you agree to receive SMS pickup notifications from Door2Dump. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
By completing checkout and providing your phone number, you are explicitly agreeing to receive SMS messages from Door2Dump.
Door2Dump sends only transactional and service-related SMS messages. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time:
Important: Opting out of SMS does not cancel your subscription. You will still receive service but will no longer receive text reminders. To cancel your subscription, log in to the customer portal or contact us directly.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Door2Dump does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages.
