📋 Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Everything you need to know about how Door2Dump works, your rights, and how we handle your information.

1) Service Rules & Policies
Service Hours
- Pickup window: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on scheduled service days.
- Tier 1: Monday only.
- Tier 2: Monday & Thursday.
- Tier 3: Monday through Thursday.
- On-demand: $4/order (available during the same pickup window).
Service Limits
- Maximum 2 tied 13-gallon bags per pickup, 35 lbs per bag.
- Place bags outside no earlier than 30 minutes before pickup (after 5:30 PM) and no later than 6:00 PM.
- Bags must be tied, leak-free, and safely accessible.
Customer Responsibilities
- No hazardous waste, bulky items, liquids, or recyclables.
- Clear access to your doorway during the pickup window.
- Missed pickups due to late placement or excess bags are non-refundable.
Company Rights
- Door2Dump may refuse or suspend service for repeated violations.
- Policies may be updated with notice to customers.
2) Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- The 7-day free trial is available one time per household address. If a free trial is initiated using an address that has previously received a trial, the trial period will be immediately cancelled and the subscription will convert to a paid plan at the standard monthly rate.
- Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of service.
3) Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
- Name, address, email, phone number, and unit details.
- Payment details (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
- Service usage such as orders, subscriptions, and pickup history.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and manage services.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To send service reminders, confirmations, and updates.
- To comply with legal requirements.
Sharing of Information
- With trusted service providers (e.g., Stripe; SMS/email providers).
- With independent contractors/collectors (address & pickup details only).
- With authorities if required by law.
Data Security & Retention
- We take reasonable safeguards to protect data.
- We retain information only as long as necessary for services or legal compliance.
Your Rights
- Access, correct, or request deletion of your data (subject to obligations).
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
4) SMS Messaging & Consent
By providing your phone number and signing up for any Door2Dump service, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Door2Dump (operated by Sentrum Ten LLC) at the phone number you provided.
What You Are Consenting To
- Transactional SMS messages including pickup reminders, pickup confirmations, and service notifications.
- Messages are sent from toll-free number +1 866-400-3867.
- Message frequency depends on your plan: Tier 1 customers receive up to 4 messages/month, Tier 2 up to 8 messages/month, Tier 3 up to 16 messages/month, Pay-As-You-Go customers receive 1 message per pickup.
How to Opt Out
- Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
Message & Data Rates
- Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Note: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out at any time without affecting your service subscription.

5) Acknowledgment
By signing up for Door2Dump, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including our Service Rules & Policies.
